Refund policy
We are honored to be part of your skincare journey and take great care in crafting each product with intention, quality, and attention to detail.
Due to the nature of our formulations and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We kindly ask that all purchases be made thoughtfully, as all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Kindly include your order number and a photo of the item(s), and we will gladly assist with a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Skin Sensitivity & Ingredient Awareness
As skincare is deeply personal, we encourage reviewing all ingredient lists prior to purchase. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, a patch test is recommended before full use. We are unable to offer refunds based on individual skin reactions.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be adjusted or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in preparation and cannot be modified.
