All orders are thoughtfully prepared within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

During product launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended as we maintain our commitment to quality.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Code Lily is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Code Lily is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered. For assistance, please contact the carrier directly.
